Company Profile

It is the Company's aim to maximize returns on funds invested. The Company will undertake drilling of the defined exploration targets in the existing portfolio then will develop those reserves with additional drilling where warranted. Kilgore's strategy is to grow through the drill bit, not by acquiring producing properties unless those properties have significant exploration potential.

Once fully developed, the Company may divest properties if it believes that funds received can be reinvested in other projects that may provide a superior return.
