The Role of Hibernia Resources LLC

The Company has appointed Hibernia Resources LLC, an experienced oil and gas exploration and production manager based in Houston, Texas, to act for it in the management of the exploration projects.

Hibernia Resources manages our US operations and in this capacity provides office facilities and technical personnel to identify, evaluate, negotiate, transact and execute all aspects of the Company's exploration and production activities. As discoveries are made and are put into production, Hibernia will manage all operating, production, development, accounting and regulatory issues for the producing properties owned by the Company.

In exchange for these services, Hibernia will be compensated with a carried interest equal to ten percent of the Companies participation in each project. Upon economic payout of each project, Hibernia will receive an additional interest equal to seven and one half percent of the Company's initial participation.
