Management of Hibernia

P. Embry Canterbury

Mr. Canterbury started Hibernia Resources in October 2007. Previously he was employed by North American Energy as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for all technical and financial issues for the company's exploration and production activities.

Prior to joining North American Energy, he was President of Ro-Jo, Inc., a Dallas-based operating company, where he directed all operations, including the financing of all exploration and production activities in the Permian Basin, East Texas and Upper Texas Gulf Coast. Prior to joining Ro-Jo, Inc., he worked as District Engineer for Halliburton Energy Services in Odessa, Texas. Mr. Canterbury graduated from Texas A&M University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering.

Holly Blair

Ms. Blair joined Hibernia Resources in October 2007 and is responsible for the management of all land, legal, title and regulatory items for Hibernia. Previously she was employed by North American Energy as a land and regulatory technician from 2003 through 2006. Prior to joining North American Energy, Inc., she worked as a bookkeeper for an oil and gas accounting firm. She has an Associate's Degree in Technical Drafting.
